    The customer’s location is relatively remote, with no fiber optic coverage and poor 5G router speeds. Customer refer by a friend, they tried our Viking Telecom internet service, and we performed an on-site installation of our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).

    We conducted on-site debugging to find the optimal signal reception position, fixed the signal receiving antenna in roof, and ensured full-home Wi-Fi coverage.

    原有客戶在貨櫃寫字樓已經使用我們的無線寬頻服務, 多年以來滿意表現, 2025 年業務擴充, 在鋪石屎及增加 2 個有蓋貨台及貨櫃寫字樓及靚仔休息室.

    維京電訊協助客戶把 A B C , 三個位置超過 1000 米距離, 用光纖連接一起, 方便連接公司內部 SERVER, PRINTER, 及共用同一個上網戶口, 方便工作及節省每月開支.

    **Container Yard Fiber Optic Installation & Wi-Fi Setup – Viking Telecom – Castle Peak Road, Tam Mei Section Container Yard**

    **Installation Date: July 9, 2025**

    The existing customer has been using our wireless broadband service at their container office for many years with satisfactory performance. In 2025, due to business expansion, they concreted the ground and added two covered loading bays, a container office, and a stylish staff lounge.

    Viking Telecom assisted the customer in connecting three locations (A, B, C), spanning over 1,000 meters, with fiber optics. This enabled seamless connection to the company’s internal server, printer, and shared internet account, facilitating work and saving monthly expenses.

    Blessed with good weather, all tasks, including signal testing and Wi-Fi installation, were completed perfectly on the day and accepted by the customer. Heavy rain and unstable weather followed in the evening and subsequent days.
