    The customer’s location is relatively remote, with no fiber optic coverage and poor 5G router speeds. Customer refer by a friend, they tried our Viking Telecom internet service, and we performed an on-site installation of our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).

    We conducted on-site debugging to find the optimal signal reception position, fixed the signal receiving antenna in roof, and ensured full-home Wi-Fi coverage.

    經典個案回味分享，客人位置在粉嶺龍馬路皇后山一號獨立屋，晚上 8PM 多查詢我們上網服務，原本以為簡單安裝即時搞掂，

    點知去到才發現是全幢複式獨立屋，和客人當面溝通後，客人希望當晚搞好全屋　Wi-Fi。

    但我們公司和客人位置有點距離，來回車程及準備材料也需要一些時間, 但客人話幾夜都無問題, 可以等我.

    既然如此, 就馬上安排, 當晚做到零晨 2 點幾, 順利完成無線寬頻及全屋 Wi-Fi 覆蓋, 客人滿意效果.

    至今 2025 年 10 月, 客人仍然滿意使用中, 當中也有數次上門跟進及更換新款器材, 達致更好的上網效果.

    Detached House Broadband – Viking Telecom – Wireless Broadband – One Queen’s Hill – Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)

    Installation Date: September 26, 2021 (Sunday)

    A classic case worth revisiting. The client’s location was at an independent house at One Queen’s Hill, Lung Ma Road, Fanling.

    They inquired about our internet service around 8PM something, initially thinking it would be a simple installation.

    However, upon arrival, we discovered it was a multi-story detached house. After discussing with the client face-to-face,

    they expressed their desire to have full-house Wi-Fi set up that same night.

    Our company’s location was somewhat far from the client’s, requiring time for travel and material preparation.

    The client was understanding, saying they can wait me back from office whatever how late tonight.

    With that, we immediately got to work. The installation was completed by around 2 AM something, successfully setting up wireless broadband and full-house Wi-Fi coverage.

    The client was satisfied with the results.
    As today October 2025, the client remains satisfied with our service.

    We’ve made several follow-up visits and upgraded to newer equipment to ensure an even better internet experience.
