The Challenge<\/h3>\n

On the afternoon of New Year\u2019s Eve, a client who had just moved into a new office at Star House<\/b> contacted us with an urgent request. Their fiber broadband provider was unable to complete the installation on time, leaving them without the internet access required to start their operations.<\/p>\n

To make matters more difficult, the office was located in the center of the building with no windows<\/b>, creating a notorious “signal dead zone.” The client had already tested multiple 5G routers, but the speeds were consistently weak and unstable.<\/p>\n

Our Solution<\/h3>\n

Despite the short notice and the holiday timing, Viking Telecom responded immediately. We provided our specialized FWA (Fixed Wireless Access)<\/b> broadband service.<\/p>\n

Our technical team arrived on-site that same evening to perform professional signal tuning and optimization. By identifying the strongest frequency bands and optimal hardware placement, we were able to bypass the building’s structural interference.<\/p>\n
