The Challenge
On the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, a client who had just moved into a new office at Star House contacted us with an urgent request. Their fiber broadband provider was unable to complete the installation on time, leaving them without the internet access required to start their operations.
To make matters more difficult, the office was located in the center of the building with no windows, creating a notorious “signal dead zone.” The client had already tested multiple 5G routers, but the speeds were consistently weak and unstable.
Our Solution
Despite the short notice and the holiday timing, Viking Telecom responded immediately. We provided our specialized FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) broadband service.
Our technical team arrived on-site that same evening to perform professional signal tuning and optimization. By identifying the strongest frequency bands and optimal hardware placement, we were able to bypass the building’s structural interference.
