In 2026, fiber broadband continues to expand, and we are thrilled to have successfully helped a cold-call client introduce fiber broadband to a Tong Lau (tenement building) on Yu Chau Street, Sham Shui Po.
The client has high internet demands, which a 5G router could not satisfy—making fiber optic broadband undoubtedly the best choice.
The client first inquired on February 6, 2026. After conducting a site survey and asking around to see if other residents wanted to join the installation, unfortunately, no other households responded. He was the sole applicant.
The client officially confirmed the service application on May 29. Following that, we spent time applying for excavation permits, setting up the building’s main line entry, and installing the fiber junction box.
On September 24, 2026, all engineering works were completed, and fiber broadband service was officially delivered—perfectly resolving the client’s long-standing struggle with sluggish internet speeds.
